North Hills is one of my favorite spots to visit in Raleigh. It has much to offer, including countless restaurants, boutiques, a movie theater, bowling alley, and Thursday night sun down concerts. With all that being said one of my favorite North Hills destinations is Level7 –  a sophisticated roof top bar & cocktail lounge located in the sleek AC Hotel in North Hills,  an excellent place to stay if your traveling through Raleigh. Serving fresh drinks and tapas style bites, Level7 delivers an European style experience with a North Carolina spirit. It is one of my top recommendations for catching a drink and the sunset on a date night out in Raleigh .
As you can imagine,  I was extremely excited when I received an invitation to the launch of their new Fall Cocktail & Food Menu last night. They truly have put thought into each of their cocktails, and the tapas menu has a variety of options for just about everyone’s palate. I’ll let the photos do all the talking. Below I’ve included my favorites from the taste sampling:

Chai Java-Tini ~

Dixie Vodka, Kahlua, Irish Cream, Chai Blend, Coffee Bitters

Level-Headed ~

Conniption Gin, St. Germaine, Ginger Beer, Lime Juice

Apple of my Rye ~

Knob Creek Rye Whiskey, Orange Bitters, Apple Cider, Orange Swath

White Cosmopolitan ~

Dixie Vodka, St Germaine, White Cranberry Juice, Lime Juice

Crispy Yucca Fries ~

Mesquite seasoning, chipotle honey mustard

Seared Tuna ~

Peppered ahi tuna, wasabi cream, pickled shallots

Chicken Satay ~

Marinated chicken thigh, black garlic molasses

Cheese Ravioli ~

Sweet potato, brown butter, applewood smoked bacon

Chef’s Bread Pudding ~

Walnut preserve, salted bourbon caramel, Tahitian vanilla bean gelato (Looked delicious if only I could have had it)
